About me and my therapy practice
When life feels overwhelming we can be surrounded by people yet feel so alone and disconnected from ourselves and the world. Counselling can help. It can help us make sense of our feelings and emotions. However, speaking from my own experience, reaching out can be extremely daunting when we're at our most vulnerable.
I'm here to walk with you, right from that moment whatever you may bring. My approach is gentle, accepting and compassionate, working with you to find your own way of reconnecting with yourself and the world.
Practice description
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor with person centred theory underpinning my practice. I am able to work integratively, drawing on many techniques from additional training within trauma and attachment.
Qualifications:

PG Dip. Counselling & Psychotherapy University of Salford

Certificate in Trauma Informed Practice
My first session
