About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and difficult. Are you struggling with feelings of sadness, fear, confusion, anxiety or simply feeling stuck? Are you finding it difficult to talk about your experiences and feel alone?
It can take a lot of courage and strength to take the first step to contact a counsellor and begin the process of working through the challenges you are experiencing. Whether you are looking for help with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, work related issues, stress or other troubling life events counselling may help.
I can offer a safe and confidential space in which to build an honest and trusting relationship where you can explore the difficulties you may be experiencing in your daily life and in the relationships with the people around you. Through the collaborative process of counselling your experience will be valued and respected, helping you to make sense of your feelings and worries. In this supported and safe environment you will come to understand yourself and your situation with deeper clarity and you will learn to trust yourself and strengthen your resources so that you can live fully in the present.
