About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person-centred therapist working with adult individuals and couples, 18+. I will support you to explore your unique experience, working collaboratively and confidentially.

Our relationships, identity and experiences, personal, relational, social, societal and spiritual, all influence, impact and shape who we are. Counselling and psychotherapy is a fluid process that can enable shifts, movement and change. I will hold a safe space for you to express yourself freely, to work through issues that may be causing confusion, discomfort or distress.

“A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change” - Carl R. Rogers.

Who am I? I am a son, brother, husband, father, friend, therapist, music lover, traveller. I am a human being navigating this thing called life.
