About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm a BACP-registered counsellor and coach, and I can provide a warm, open-minded and confidential space for you to reflect on what’s happening (and what's happened), find clarity in dark times, and figure out what things might look like moving forward.
Whether you’re hoping to make sense of your life or a specific situation, keen to make changes, or simply looking for a place to be heard and understood, I’ll meet you with warmth, compassion, curiosity and an attitude that’s free of judgement.
My goal is to offer a flexible space in which your preferences for therapy are heard, acknowledged, and built into our work together. I work integratively so I’m able to draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred, psychodynamic and existential therapies, along with attachment-based psychotherapy, CBT and acceptance and commitment therapy.
My qualifications include a BACP-accredited PGDip in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, a diploma in Attachment-Based Psychotherapy, and further training in areas like couple and relationship therapy, motivational interviewing and clinical assessment skills, transformational coaching and creativity coaching, and CPD in grief, perfectionism, domestic abuse, suicide, gender and sexuality conflicts, and trans awareness.
Practice description
I have in-person availability in Shoreditch, round the corner from the overground station and a short walk from Liverpool Street station.
For online sessions I see clients via Zoom. There are some extra considerations when it comes to online work — one of them is making sure you're somewhere private and can speak freely. If you're interested in online therapy we can discuss privacy and other points when we're arranging our sessions.
As well as giving me the ability to work with different models of counselling and psychotherapy, my training also means I can integrate coaching into work with clients. Not all clients want or need this, but it does mean that in addition to being able to work with you on finding clarity in your past and your present, I can also help you look at what comes next.
With a background in the media and music industries, I’m attuned to many of the issues that can come up in those areas and have a special interest in working with musicians and those in the creative industries.
My first session
After you make contact I'll offer a free 15 minute consultation via Zoom or over the phone. You can tell me a bit about what's going on and ask any questions you might have, and if you're happy to move forward we can arrange a first session.
In that first 50 minute session we can explore what our work together might look like and what you'd like to get out of therapy. It's a chance for you to get to know me, and for me to get to know you too. If we feel like a good match and you'd like to book further sessions, we can take it from there.

ADD / ADHD, Addictions, AIDS/HIV, Anxiety, Bereavement, Career coaching, Depression, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Life coaching, Loss, Men's issues, Neurodiversity, Personal development, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Stress, Substance Dependency, Work related issues
