About me and my therapy practice
I offer sessions on line or over the telephone Monday to Saturday between 10-8pm
Practice description
I am a qualified Person Centred, Emotion Focussed Therapeutic Counsellor for adults. If you are struggling with anxiety and or depression, I can support you to explore your feelings, make sense of any challenges you are facing and find your sense of 'self' again.
I have lived experience and have worked alongside people from different walks of life within counselling and social care for the past 30 years. As well as private practice, I am a High Intensity Counsellor with the NHS Talking Therapies Service, with particular interest and specialism in autism, depression, anxiety and supporting people (or families) living with neurodivergence.
My first session
Choosing a therapist is a really personal decision and there is definitely not one size to fit all. It is also a big financial commitment and investment in yourself so I offer an initial 15 minute telephone session for free to enable us to explore what has brought you to counselling and any questions you may have. It is also an opportunity to think about if we are a good match to work together or if there are other therapists/organisations who may be better suited to meet your needs. What I can help with
ADD / ADHD, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Depression, Disability, Health related issues, Infertility, Loss, Menopause, Neurodiversity, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Stress, Work related issues
Types of therapy
Emotionally focused therapy, Humanistic, Person centred
Clients I work with
Adults, EAP, Groups, Older adults, Organisations, Trainees
