About me and my therapy practice
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and psychotherapist, my passion lies in facilitating healing from within. We begin by addressing your symptoms, and as we explore them, we uncover the underlying issues. By healing these root causes, the symptoms gradually diminish. I approach this process with the utmost respect, working at a pace that feels right for you.
I am trained as an integrative therapist as well as IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy. I combine the different therapeutic modalities, adapting them to suit your individual needs and preferences. This personalised approach allows me to create a therapy experience that reflects your own uniqueness. Additionally, I prioritise a collaborative approach, ensuring that we are aligned every step of the way. This partnership allows you to actively participate in your healing process. Together we will navigate your journey toward growth and well-being.
In my practice I assist people in improving their mental and emotional health, through the exploration of external factors alongside internal experiences. If you would like to learn more about me and my practice, please visit my website at www.seedsofchangetherapy.net or get in touch and request an introductory call.
Practice description
I support individuals who are experiencing difficult times or seeking significant change in their lives. While I address a wide range of issues, I specialise in areas such as bereavement and loss, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and depression, anger issues, and chronic illness. Additionally I have a particular interest in relationship issues and family estrangement.
I am a trauma and LGBTQ+ informed therapist.
My first session
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. This is why, before the first session, I offer a brief introductory video call. This is an opportunity to determine whether we are the right fit for each other. During our first session, I will encourage you to share any information you believe is important for the therapeutic process. This information will inform the therapeutic approach, and is updated as we go along. There are no minimum amount of sessions you need to commit to, and most importantly there is no right or wrong way to do therapy. Together, you and I, will find the way that suits you best.
I am committed to responding to all queries. So if you don't hear back from me, please check your spam/junk folder. If you share your mobile number in the initial enquiry, I will also send you a text to notify you of a new email until we establish a connection.
