About me and my therapy practice
I am a Relationship Counsellor and I specialise in helping people recover from difficult relationships and/or narcissistic abuse.
About me
If you are struggling with a relationship, then you are in the right place. I help people with all types of relationships whether that’s with a romantic partner, your parents, siblings, children, friends, colleagues or yourself.
I have experience working with people just like you, helping you to understand your situation and what you can do to make things feel better.
Perhaps you have a difficult relationship with your parent(s), or are you always in the 'wrong' in the eyes of your partner, do you find saying ‘no’ to someone almost impossible to do or just feel a niggle that something isn’t right?
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
About Counselling
I am a warm, caring and deeply empathetic person. I work in a pluralistic style, which means that we talk about your desired outcomes for therapy and I tailor the methods I use from different counselling schools, to help you to achieve this.
I specialise in:
+ Difficult, Challenging and/or Confusing Relationships
+ Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN),
+ Recovering from Narcissistic Parents and Relationships,
+ People Pleasing,
+ Social Anxiety and Difficulties,
+ Neurodiversity (such as Autism and ADHD) and
+ Relationship Mediation for couples.
However, this is by no means all I work with. Please feel free to message me to see how I might help you.
Practice description
Where does Counselling Take Place?
I work purely online so our sessions can take place from the comfort of your own surroundings with no travelling time.
What Happens in a Counselling Session?
The way I work is that I see people on a weekly basis. I listen and help you to become more aware of yourself, the positives and the more challenging areas and the reasons why people do the things they do.
Through the relationship that we build, I hope that therapy can support you in making changes that you would like for yourself.
