About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I use different therapeutic techniques to suit your needs. I am qualified to support you using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Inner Child work.
My approach is warm, calm, caring, and very supportive, working with you to feel at ease sharing your story and what you would like to achieve from our sessions.
My experience in supporting both adults and young people has come from my work at a Local GP Practice, a private insurance company, and my private practice.

Practice description
My practice is inclusive and I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, genders & sexualities.
I believe the key to successful therapy is building an honest, therapeutic relationship with you, my client. To provide you with a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, warm, and caring environment helping you to speak about areas of your life you may have found difficult, healing those areas moving forward, and making realistic changes therapeutically.
I sometimes work with people in a creative way which allows the deeply held insecurities come to light and allows us to talk about these.
