About me and my therapy practice
I work with my clients by exploring the intersection of the past and present, looking at emotions, thoughts and behaviours to identify what might be contributing to their presenting complaints. We can challenge any unhelpful patterns together and create new healthier ones. Therapy can be a highly effective space to look at how these patterns came to be and work towards changing them.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in investment banking and other finance roles. While my interest has shifted into exploring personal over market dynamics, my background provides me with the insight and skill set particularly suited to those who may be hoping to explore issues around the intersection of a high stress career and the demands of family life.
I'm available virtual and in person at my consulting rooms in Central London for both short and long term therapy.
My first session
We'll have an initial free 30 minute call or video chat so I can hear more about what brings you to therapy.
During a first session, we'll do a collaborative assessment, where we'll look at what your goals are, do a brief personal history, and you can get a sense if we're a good fit together.
