About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I am a qualified TA Psychotherapist (CTA, MSc, PG Dip Cl Psych) & a member of BACP, UKCP & TAANZ.  I'm a relationship specialist & also have particular interest including anxiety, depression & I also help clients resolve psychological obstacles that cause work-related problems.

Taking the first bold step into therapy can be daunting, not knowing what to expect.  I aim to create a safe space where my role is to help you understand the meaning & value of what you bring with empathy, non-judgement, validation, & challenge where appropriate.  Using the therapeutic relationship I work with you to help you build awareness about unhelpful patterns & realise that you have the skills within you to make the changes you want. The direction & length of therapy will be for us to work out together, I am guided by what you want & need.

Bold souls taking bold steps of discovery together.
