I offer sessions Monday to Thursday 9:30am - 9pm and Fridays 9:30am - 2:30pm. My therapy room is warm and peaceful with a private car park for your use.
About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, I'm Anna, a compassionate and skilled therapist here to help you develop your own inner therapist, gaining self-understanding to achieve emotional balance, self-love and healthy relationships.
In sessions, I encourage my clients to explore their inner world within a safe and accepting space. With a focus on self-understanding, and exploration of your unique personality, I'm here to help you live a more fulfilling life.
I specialise in safely unpacking trauma, building up self-awareness and enhancing communication skills. I have numerous tools to help with trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement, post-natal depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, baby loss and anger management.
The well-being of my clients is my priority. I provide psychological follow-up, recapping insights, tools, and strategies from our sessions. I believe, this approach helps internalise a strong, healthy mindset and ensures lasting support even after therapy ends.

Practice description
We will meet either weekly or fortnightly. I find the first six sessions will be the development of the therapeutic relationship and me getting to know your inner world. I suggest a minimum of 6 – 12 sessions. Therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to talk about problems and anything that is overwhelming you. I aim to help you spot and break negative patterns.
Sessions go at your pace. My job is to recognise when you need to be heard and emotionally supported, when you're ready to delve into uncomfortable trauma, and when to gently challenge you ensuring you get the most of out therapy.
My first session
I offer a free initial chat before we decide to work together.
In the first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and discuss the people and life events that may come up during our work together. This subtle introduction allows us to get to know one another and build a therapeutic relationship. This foundation of trust will be invaluable as you share your inner thoughts, worries, and desires.
