I offer a caring and holistic approach to help individuals overcome their difficulties. With several years of experience as a registered counsellor and psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of working with numerous people in private practice and within the NHS.
As an Integrative Counsellor and Coach, I have received extensive training in various therapeutic modalities. This diverse background, combined with sensitivity and intuition, allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and individualized space for your healing journey.
Being a therapist is not just a profession to me; it is a true passion. I consider it a privilege to be part of the process as individuals make positive changes, improve their self-perception, and enhance the quality of their lives.

My fee for a one-hour session is £60, and I understand that financial circumstances can be a consideration. Therefore, I offer concessions for students and others who may require financial assistance. It is important to me that therapy is accessible to those who need it.

Practice description
I offer counseling services in the UK, providing sessions through Zoom or the telephone. All I ask is that you find a confidential and quiet space where you can have the session without being overheard or interrupted.
This remote form of counseling is just as effective as face-to-face sessions, and you may even find it more comfortable to have the session in a familiar and convenient environment that you have chosen. Some clients have shared that they find it easier to discuss certain topics when they are not in the same room as their counselor, although everyone's preferences may vary.
Zoom is a well-established and secure platform trusted by many therapists. I take full responsibility for ensuring computer security, including maintaining a secure internet connection and utilizing appropriate security software.
Rest assured that your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. I am committed to creating a safe and secure space for our sessions, ensuring that you can freely express yourself and receive the support you need.

In order to better assist you, I kindly request your permission to call you back. Please let me know the times when you would be available for a phone discussion.
During this free phone conversation, we can take a few minutes or up to half an hour, depending on your preference. This initial discussion will allow us to connect and determine if we are a good fit for each other. It is also an opportunity for you to decide if you would like to proceed with scheduling an initial appointment, which will depend on our mutual availability.
Should you be interested in pursuing therapy with me, I recommend an introductory session to establish a working relationship. In this session, I aim to learn more about you, your goals for therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. Likewise, it will provide you with a sense of who I am as a therapist and give you an experience of my therapeutic approach. Most people find this initial session to be valuable and meaningful.
If we mutually decide to continue, we can then determine the frequency of sessions, whether it be weekly, fortnightly, or based on a schedule that suits your needs.
