About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe, confidential space, where we will identify and work through what is troubling you. We will look into how past events influence your current life and relationships. As you undertake this journey, I will guide and support you, so you will get a better understanding of self, your feelings and, consequently, your life.
In addition to private practice, I work as a Counsellor at Highgate Counselling Centre. Before training as a Counsellor, I had worked as an art curator, and writer, so I understand and encourage creativity when working with my clients.
I hold a diploma of Psychodynamic Counselling and I am a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), bound by its ethical code..

About me and my therapy practice
Most of the people who are experiencing mental health difficulties are primarily concerned with the wellbeing of others, and do not have time and space for themselves.
Starting therapy is an attempt and an opportunity to look at yourself. This may be an unfamiliar experience, and may create some anxiety, but with the guidance of an experienced professional, it could become an exciting journey.
Please get in touch if you feel ready for it.
