I work Mondays to Fridays and can offer some evenings, although these are limited to Monday and Tuesday only. I am taking on new clients but currently have a waiting list of 2 weeks.

Reaching out for help can be the hardest step, so be proud of yourself for getting this far. My name’s Jess and I’m a counsellor based in Weston-super-Mare, offering online and in-person appointments.

Building trust and being kind to people are important to me. I believe approaching sensitive, difficult issues in an open and respectful manner, can allow time for you to feel comfortable and safe.

My style of counselling is gentle but direct, and my approach is informal, as this allows you to feel at ease and makes your sessions more beneficial.

I’ve been working in a therapeutic setting for over 9 years, covering such topics as addiction, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anger issues and more. During this time, I’ve seen the impact relationships both past and present can have, and how this can change the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

No matter what issues you're facing, being able to explore and work through some of the feelings you’re experiencing can help you find peace, and create more healthy, meaningful relationships.

I offer long term support, or shorter periods if needed. I also work integratively, which means I have a range of counselling skills I use to tailor therapy to your needs.
