About me and my therapy practice
I hold a MA and Pg CIP in Integrative Psychotherapy, which means I can call upon a variety of approaches to best suit your individual needs. I offer a non-judgemental and confidential space, enabling supported exploration of your internal and external world experience, considering both past and present challenges.
My training and clinical experience has seen me support people with anxiety and depression, trauma, bereavement, loss of identity, low self esteem and self confidence, addiction, struggles with relationships both with self and others. This is not a comprehensive list so please feel free to enquire with your individual concern.
Practice description
I offer short-term work and long-term psychotherapy, both online and in-person sessions are available. My face to face sessions are held in 2 central London locations.
