About me and my therapy practice
I offer integrative therapy to Adults over 18. My approach is relational and empathetic drawing on a broad training including trauma-informed methods.
I have experience with a wide range of difficulties including:

chronic illness,

There is no fee for this, and it is a good opportunity to find out more about working together and ask me any questions.
