About me and my therapy practice
Working online with English-speaking and bilingual (English/German) clients living in the Balearic Islands and internationally.
Living abroad can bring freedom and new experiences - but it can also bring moments of disconnection, emotional difficulty, and change that feel harder to name or navigate without a familiar support system. I offer online counselling and psychotherapy for English-speaking adults (and German/English bilinguals) living in Mallorca, the Balearic Islands, or elsewhere who are seeking a reflective, supportive space to reconnect with themselves.
Some of my clients are navigating life transitions, identity shifts, anxiety, or a lingering sense of “not feeling quite right” in their current environment. Others come with past experiences or trauma or mental health challenges that still echo on within the body or affect the day-to-day relationships and emotional wellbeing.
I offer a grounded, holistic approach that explores thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience together - working with what’s present in the moment, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and fully certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, blending talking therapy with somatic awareness, parts work, and creative, experiential tools where helpful. I also work with those navigating spiritual emergence, grief, or a deeper search for meaning.
Therapy can be a space to feel met, to build clarity and emotional steadiness, and to gently shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve. Sessions are held online via Zoom, and I welcome adults from all walks of life. LGBTQ+ inclusive, culturally sensitive, and experienced in supporting the complex layers of living abroad.
Practice description
Therapy with me is a collaborative and attuned process that honours the interconnectedness of body, mind, and emotion. I offer 50-minute online sessions, with the initial consultation held as a full session to jointly explore whether we would be a good fit.
This first meeting allows me to take in a holistic view of your experiences, how you make meaning, where you may feel stuck, and what you're hoping might shift.
I pay particular attention to the ways emotional and physical memory may show up in the present - what Bessel van der Kolk refers to as "the body keeping the score." Whether through subtle body signals, affective responses, or relational patterns, therapy can help you recognise and work with what’s been held internally over time.
I believe deeply in the human capacity for growth and self-understanding. A core aim of my work is to support the development of an inner observer - an internal stance that helps regulate, reflect, and respond with greater clarity. This process fosters emotional resilience, insight, and conscious change.
In sessions I aim to offer a compassionate and congruent presence, and at times, a slightly challenging sounding board to support growth and healing. I’m not here to analyse, but to listen, bear witness, and walk alongside you.
I also work from a transpersonal perspective, acknowledging that life may hold layers we don’t fully understand - but often sense. Conscious meaning-making, integration, and deepened awareness are central to this process.
While my practice is based in London for most of the year, I spend significant time in Mallorca and understand the need for cultural familiarity and a shared language in therapy - particularly for those living abroad. I offer online sessions to English and German-speaking clients based in the Balearic Islands and beyond.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer integrative, trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy both online and in person in South West London. My approach centres around the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences are deeply connected - and that when we begin to work with all three, meaningful change can take root.
As a counsellor, I support individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, grief, identity-related issues, chronic stress, and experiences of disconnection or emotional overwhelm. Some clients come to therapy unsure of what’s wrong, but with a sense that something feels out of balance or unresolved. Others are seeking space to process experiences that may have left a lasting impact - whether in the body, the mind, or in their relationships and everyday life.
I draw on a range of therapeutic models to support this work, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, parts work, humanistic and psychodynamic theories, and creative, experiential techniques. Sessions may involve talking, reflection, body-based awareness, or mindful exploration, depending on what feels right for you. At the centre of it all is working with the therapeutic relationship, which I find to be the most potent agent for change.
Therapy, for me, represents a space where you can be met without pressure - at the baseline it serves as a sounding board. I believe in each person’s innate orientation twoards healing, meaning-making, and growth, and I see the therapeutic relationship as a place where those capacities can be gently supported and reawakened.
My clinical background includes work in the NHS, women’s services, group facilitation, The Samaritans, and LGBTQ+ community support. I welcome clients from all walks of life.
Practice description
At the core of my practice is the belief that the most change tends to happen in relationship with other people and because of internalised experiences of 'overcoming'.
I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. This experience of being heard with empathy and openness can create the conditions for self-reflection, clarity, and the natural empowering of personal growth.
As a Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and an Integrative Counsellor, my work also draws on a blend of relational, psychodynamic, and body-focused methods. I believe therapy can help us understand how past experiences shape our present, not only through thoughts and emotions but also through the body. Chronic tension, restlessness, or a sense of disconnection can often express what the mind has been unable to process. By attending to the body alongside the mind, we can begin to untangle these patterns, fostering a sense of alignment, trust, and openness.
I have also specialised in supporting individuals navigating the aftermaths of domestic or sexual abuse, adverse childhood experiences, and the emotional impacts of uprooting life events. My professional background includes work within the NHS, group therapy facilitation, and women’s support services, providing me with the tools to explore very varied circumstances and symptoms.
Whether in-person or online, I aim to provide a safe, reflective space where we can work together at your pace. To me, therapy is not about quick fixes; it’s about creating a space to reconnect with yourself, challenge old patterns, and move toward a more balanced, aware, and fulfilling life.
