About me and my therapy practice
I have a strong belief in working in alliance with clients, through creating a safe non judgemental relationship.
I understand how difficult it can be in reaching out for help and I can assure you that I will aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the beginning.
My training is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and I sometimes employ techniques from Cognitive behavioural therapy wherever suitable.
I strongly believe that in order to heal, change and grow, we need to explore our histories and experiences with compassion and in an environment where our thoughts and feelings are truly heard, understood and respected.
Practice description
You can expect to find me a down to earth, honest and genuine individual, with your needs put at the centre of our work.
