Practice description
I am an Accredited Counsellor and a Clinical Supervisor. I offer both short term and long-term sessions in person, online & via telephone.
I have many years of experience working with South Asian Men and Women affected by domestic abuse within the culture and its impact on the mental health. Going through abuse can leave you feeling shame and unworthy. At such difficult and challenging times, it is important to reach out for support where you can feel safe enough to express and release the impact of the experience.
I also cover range of other issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, cultural adjusting, divorce & separation, childhood trauma and many more.

About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified and experienced supervisor, I offer guidance and support to trainee counsellors on placements and to the newly qualified counsellors. My supervision sessions are typically 90minutes in length and can be provided online, telephone and in-person.
Practice description
I understand that regular supervision is not only a crucial component for counsellors to maintain best practice and professional development, but it is also an ethical requirement by the governing bodies. It serves as a safe and confidential space for reflection and exploration of clinical cases, interventions and self-growth. As a supervisor, I offer guidance and support to assist in building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients. Together, we work to identify areas of growth and improvement to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
