About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe and collaborative space using cognitive behavioural therapy to explore the feelings, thoughts and behaviours that can be connected to your current issue. I can work with you on issues such as anxiety, feeling 'stuck', procrastination, low confidence or self-esteem, and depression.
CBT therapy follows evidence-based methods; I also like to give space for a holistic approach, using person-centred techniques and I often also incorporate Mindfulness and Compassion Focussed elements in my work if we feel it's appropriate.
We will develop an understanding of how your issue this affects you, and whether any patterns are in play. We will develop tools and techniques, to encourage more healthy ways to manage your issue, improve emotional balance and reach your therapy goal.
I have Post-Grad Diploma in Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have worked in health centres, and with NHS patients

Practice description
Sessions are structured around clinically proven CBT techniques, as well as time to talk and be listened to about how you are feeling.
We work collaboratively to design a treatment plan that fits with your own life, interests and therapeutic goals.
By the end of therapy you shall have your own personalised ‘toolkit’ to keep using in your daily life, to maintain the progress you have made.
My first session
I offer a FREE 10-15 min chat on zoom or over the phone so you can get a feel for how I work, ask questions, and to see if I'd be suitable for you.
Then the first session is £50. This is specifically to get to know more about you and what is currently affecting you before the treatment begins.
