Availability
I currently have availability left for a online lunchtime session on Wednesdays. I am operating a waitlist for other times, face-to-face and evening sessions. The waiting list for daytime sessions is considerably shorter than for evening sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself stuck in negative relationship patterns? Are you struggling to get over a breakup? Feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or perhaps having difficulty feeling anything?
These are some of the issues I can help you with as an Integrative Relational Therapist. Research shows that our happiness depends on the quality of our relationships, as such they are often the root cause of many issues but also the place we can find healing. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, warm, empathic and supportive therapy environment. We will explore the issues that brought you to therapy, with particular focus on helping you understand and improve your relationships with other people, the external world and your relationship with your inner world, which includes your emotions, feelings and core beliefs. Helping you to feel better, have healthy fulfilling relationships and improved emotional functioning so that your emotions can enrich your experience rather than hindering it.
My areas of specialism include:
- Relationship and dating difficulties.
- Break-ups and divorce.
- Emotional difficulties.
- Insecure attachment styles.
- Complicated family dynamics and childhood relational trauma.
- Low self-esteem and identity issues.
I have several years of experience counselling a diverse range of clients in an NHS service and have completed five years of post-graduate clinical therapy training. I work collaboratively with you, at a pace you feel comfortable with. I use a range of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, developmental theory, person-centred, emotion-focused and mindfulness, allowing me to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.

Practice description
I offer weekly sessions face-to-face sessions at a convenient location next to Liverpool Street station, I also offer online sessions.
Depending on your needs, we can work together over a short-term period or open-ended. For example, if you are dealing with a break-up I would usually suggest around 12 weeks of therapy, whilst for more in-depth personality development, or recovering from complex relational trauma you may wish to continue with open-ended therapy.
My first session
If you are interested in sessions with me, I offer an initial free 30-minute no-obligation telephone or video consultation. The initial consultation allows us to discuss what has brought you to therapy, but also allows you to get a feel for me as a therapist and if we would be a good fit to work together going forwards.
You can book the initial consultation by contacting me here or via my website.
