About me and my therapy practice
Are you a Mum feeling sad, anxious or overwhelmed? Maybe motherhood isn’t what you expected. You feel lonely but too anxious to leave the house with your little one and all the unknown variables (what if they cry and need feeding?). Perhaps you feel out of touch with your postpartum body and are having trouble with your body image. Maybe becoming a Mum has brought back memories and feelings from your childhood that you want to explore.
If any of this resonates with you, you aren't alone and help is available.
Becoming a mum is one of the biggest life transitions we can go through; it is intense and challenging in ways that we can’t prepare ourselves for, even if it’s not your first child there is an adjustment with each baby.
