About me and my therapy practice
I am a Counselling Psychologist working with young people and adults in all areas of mental health support. As well as a member of the BACP I am accredited by the British Psychological Society and am registered with the HCPC. I am listed with most of the major insurance companies. I am an experienced therapist working in several different therapeutic models, and also offer psycho-educational training. I have worked in many different settings including the NHS, schools, corporates, agencies and private practice.
Practice description
I offer CBT, psychodynamic therapy, person centred work, and existential support, all in an integrative framework. My sessions are 50 minutes long and take place in my private practice room in Putney. I offer short term or long term work. I work online and face to face (or in combination) according to what the client prefers.
