About me and my therapy practice

As a therapist, the therapeutic relationship sits at the core of my practice. By offering a safe, non judgemental space to explore and gain a deeper understanding of self, I hope to work side by side with people to assist them in overcoming life’s barriers, upsets and distresses

Practice description

As an integrative therapist I use a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies.

In this I take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Rather, each person needs to be considered as a whole and counselling techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.
