As a therapist,– I am contemplative, creative, and deeply attuned to the emotional landscapes of others. My approach is characterised by a blend of compassion and insight, reflecting my commitment to understanding and nurturing the unique complexities of each individual.

I am particularly adept at working with those navigating life's complexities, such as relationship dynamics, personal identity, and the impact of societal pressures. My clientele often includes individuals who are dealing with overwhelming life changes, anxiety, and a desire for a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world.

Therapy with me is not a standardised process but a journey tailored to your individual needs My experience in managing mental health and domestic abuse services informs my empathetic and patient approach, particularly beneficial for those healing from trauma or navigating significant life decisions.
The foundation of our work together is a therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and authenticity. My training in EMDR, Embodiment work, Movement, NLP, and Integrative Therapy, combined with a holistic coaching approach, allows me to create a therapy plan that resonates with your unique experiences.
