Practice description
I specialise in supporting clients with complex trauma and childhood issues, providing a safe, brave, and supportive environment to explore difficult and challenging themes.
I work with adults on an individual basis as well as couples. In addition to my core psychotherapy training, I hold an Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy and work with a range of issues including relationship breakdowns, infidelity, dealing with divorce, communication problems, and sexual issues.
Although I work primarily with adults, I offer a range of therapy services for young people aged 13 - 17 years old. I hold a Certificate in Therapeutic Work with Children & Young People.
I am also trained in Brainspotting: a powerful, focused treatment method that identifies, processes and releases core neurophysiological sources of emotional or body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of challenging symptoms.
As well as clinical work, I offer a range of coaching services for personal and professional development. I use many of my psychotherapeutic skills to dive into deep discovery for growth.
Empathetic in nature, with excellent communication skills, my personal and professional ethics are based on attunement, independence, autonomy, and inclusion. I work with a Trauma-Informed approach, co-creating and promoting personal empowerment and spontaneity of expression.

I am a Psychologist and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). My private practice incorporates Executive & Health & Well-being coaching. I am accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) at the Senior Practitioner level and an EMCC accredited Supervisor. I am a member of the BACP Coaching and Spirituality Divisions.
Supervision
As a qualified clinical and coaching supervisor, I provide supervision, and space for reflective practice, for coaches, therapists, and those working in the helping professions. I also offer pastoral supervision for clergy, chaplains, and lay ministers in both church settings and spiritually-focused organisations.
Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes for individuals, often monthly, depending on personal needs and professional requirements. I also provide supervision in small groups.
