I understand that it can be daunting to reach out and ask for help, as well as confusing to work out who might be the right therapist for you. I, therefore, aim to make this process as easy and transparent as possible. As part of this, I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation where we can discuss how you might be feeling at the moment, you can ask questions and find out whether we are the right fit for each other.
About me and my therapy practice
I believe that psychotherapy can help you find new clarity and perspective in life, easing distress and worry, reconnecting you with your deeper self, enlivening your relationships with others, and waking you up to the possibilities of living with greater passion, meaning, and pleasure.
I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor, experienced in working with a variety of clients and issues. I offer a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore whatever might be troubling you. My approach is to bring warmth and compassion to my understanding of a range of different psychotherapeutic traditions.
