Practice description
Life is a rollercoaster, full of: challenges, hurdles, trials and tribulations. In the midst of it all we can become stuck. There may be one isolated experience, life event or feeling causing inner turmoil or a build up over time - life can feel too much and over whelming.
Since 2012 I have gained a vast range of experience working both in person and online with various issues and many different people. I offer a safe environment for client's to process and understand at greater depth whatever is causing them conflict. Working together we can develop coping strategies, while moving towards finding ways of achieving a more fulfilling and manageable life.
I work to support clients explore their relationship with self and relationships with others in either individual or couples counselling to evolve and pursue a deeper understanding and relational connection.
