For Individuals: I offer a compassionate, safe space for you to explore the aspects of your life that may be causing distress, helping you find clarity and better understand yourself. With a strong sense of intuition and perceptiveness, I approach every client with empathy and deep respect.
For Couples: If you and your partner are struggling to connect or facing ongoing challenges, I work to help you both understand each other more deeply and create a more supportive, fulfilling relationship.
Whether your anxiety or distress is rooted in unresolved past experiences or stems from current challenges, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) offers an effective way to process these feelings. By reprocessing memories and emotions, EMDR helps reduce their impact on your present life, offering relief from persistent anxiety or emotional struggles.

Whether through traditional talk therapy or modalities like EMDR, I am driven by a belief in therapy’s transformative power to ease distress, alleviate confusion, and enhance inner peace and joy.

For couples, my aim is to foster better understanding and teamwork, creating a nourishing and fulfilling relationship. Together, we will work toward greater clarity, healing, and fulfillment.
My first session
The first session is discounted to £35 per hour for us to meet one another and to decide whether we are a good fit and would like to work together.
Ongoing counselling is £45 per 60 minutes session / £50 for EMDR sessions.
Relationship counselling is £60 per 60 minutes session - the assessment process is a vital part of the work and can help to understand what is happening and focus of work and may take a few sessions.

My first session
For individuals:- Before our first meeting I will send out the contract to give an overview of the professional boundaries in place and expectations.
In our first meeting we can discuss what work you would like to do and if we feel we are a good match.
Individual sessions are £45 per hour.
EMDR sessions are £50 per hour
For couples:- The assessment process may take a few sessions, the assessment is an important part of the work and can really help to understand what the issues are and the focus of work. Couples sessions are £60 for 60 minutes.
