About me and my therapy practice
Have you been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and/or depressed? Perhaps you’re feeling stuck, or trapped by the past? Does this come from a place of trauma, bereavement and or relationship issues? Maybe you’re feeling that your self-esteem and confidence is low?

I can support you by offering a warm, open and non-judgmental space where I aim for you to feel supported, safe, accepted and heard. The most important foundation of the counselling process; is developing a safe, trusting, therapeutic relationship. It is at the heart of the work we do together. This means that I value you and your experiences. I am interested in how you view yourself, relationships and the world around you.
Practice description
My therapy rooms are based in both Exeter and Plymouth in Devon. However, I also offer online counselling countrywide.
I hold an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Leeds. I am a fully qualified and insured member of the BACP. I have extensive knowledge, training and experience working with trauma and in a trauma informed way. I come from a creative background, having studied fine art at undergrad before embarking on this journey. I feel that my creativity naturally flows into my therapeutic practice.
I practice using an integrative and holistic approach. Working in an integrative way allows me to draw on different therapeutic approaches (person centred, psychodynamic, gestalt & creative) and their various tools and techniques. This allows for an openness and flexibility to mould my approach to meet your needs. I offer free, no-obligation 20-minute introductory calls - book yours now to ask questions or get started.

I offer an initial free fifteen minute consultation call. This is an opportunity for us to meet and for me to get an understanding of what is bringing you to counselling.
