About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Sam and I offer a safe, warm, confidential space where I will listen, with empathy and respect, as we begin to explore your concerns, so that you can start to make sense and meaning of your experiences.
I won’t judge you. Instead, I will support you to look at your patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may be holding you back from making positive changes in your life.
Practice description
I’m a professional humanistic, integrative counsellor. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
I work with individuals and couples. Sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £60 for individuals and £90 for couples.
I work in private practice in Ditchling and serve the surrounding areas of Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Cuckfield, Wivelsfield, Hassocks, Lindfield, Plumpton and Scaynes Hill. I also offer therapy online and by telephone.
