My career has encompassed roles in private practice, community settings, and within the NHS, allowing me to develop a comprehensive understanding of diverse mental health challenges and effective therapeutic approaches. I hold a Level 7 Therapeutic Counselling qualification and have over 12 years experience working in the field of Mental Health
