Hello I am Kat!
I am a MBACP registered counsellor in private practice in Hove, Horsham & Lewes.
I qualified at Brighton University 2008, I have broad experience in relationship therapy, children, young people and family matters.
My background is psychology & psychotherapy, having worked with a number of organisations such as RELATE & MIND UK
I have extensive experience supporting clients making necessary changes, building trust, creating new and healthy lifestyle patterns.
In our lifetime, we will all experience difficult and challenging times where we feel we need that extra support, and sometimes it is hard to talk to family and friends and you just need that one person who takes the time to listen and that's where I, as a counsellor can help.
