About me and my therapy practice
I work both short and long term, depending on your needs.
I offer both CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) as well as Psychodynamic therapy.
Practice description
I abide by ethical guidelines to ensure that my practice is safe, effective and for benefit of clients.
This includes regular supervision and updating my knowledge and skills thought attendance at workshops, conferences and training.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am also an accredited CBT therapist and member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Additionally, I am a graduate member of British Psychological Society (BPS).
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation, either online or by phone. This is an opportunity to explore if we would be a good fit for your therapy journey. While therapy can be incredibly helpful tool for navigating challenges, it is natural to have questions or concerns about sharing our experiences with someone new. This consultation is your space to ask any questions or simply to see if my approach aligns with your needs.
My therapeutic approach is not about merely revisiting your struggles but rather about gaining clarity and empowering yourself for the next step ahead. I offer a supportive space where you can explore more about yourself with someone who is fully committed to your growth and wellbeing.
My aim is to ensure that you leave our consultation with more information to help you decide on the best next step.
