Thank you so much for visiting my profile. I am delighted to introduce you to Sage London Counselling. As it's founder, I wanted to invite London (and the rest of the UK) to experience a different kind of counselling. In my practice you will feel supported, heard and always guided. Unlike other therapists, I will not leave you in the lurch or let you flounder. You will have focused sessions in which we will discuss our therapeutic goals and how best to achieve them. You will find I differ from other therapists you may have encountered. Although I offer a warm, empathetic approach, my practice is results driven. I want you to feel better whilst simultaneously achieving your objectives. My directive style affords my clients both increased self awareness and emotional regulation. In our first session, we will discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. You will feel deeply supported and understood, and our conversation will feel natural and friendly.
