I work flexible hours which include Mon-Friday and evenings. Sessions can be conducted via a secure video link and no download is required, it is a safe and easy platform accessible from phones, tablets, computers etc. In addition, I offer telephone sessions 

About me and my therapy practice

We are told how important exercise is for our physical well-being, and our mental health is no different. Therapy does change lives and for that reason, if you are unhappy, stressed, and not sure what to do, you need to remember that life is short and you deserve to live the life you want. Put yourself first, and do what makes you happy! My approach is integrative, which means that I am trained in several different modalities, allowing me to work in a way that suits each unique client. I am dedicated to providing high-quality service and alleviating a variety of psychological issues. I hold a psychology degree and Masters in counselling. I have 20 years of experience working in mental health, domestic abuse, addiction, and other areas. I have one goal, and that is to improve the quality of life of each and every client.

Practice description

I am an open and honest therapist, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work on your goals and create the life you want. I appreciate it can be a daunting experience, to talk to a stranger about your life. However, it can also be an invaluable one. You are welcome to call me for a FREE consultation.

My first session

A free initial chat will give you the opportunity to talk through your current difficulties in a safe and non-judgmental space. I will listen and support you through this and advise on the type of therapy I would initially start with and how I propose we can work together. I may, with your consent, use psychological tools to measure symptoms of both anxiety and depression, this is also a good tool for measuring progress throughout therapy.
