About me and my therapy practice

“In relationships, the little things are the big things.” – Stephen R. Covey

I’m a qualified, experienced therapist offering a warm, confidential space where you can explore what feels painful, overwhelming, or stuck. Whether you're struggling with relationships, anxiety, low self-worth, or simply not coping as well as you used to, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Many people come to therapy when old patterns and coping strategies stop working. You might find yourself overgiving, people-pleasing, or attracting emotionally unavailable partners. Perhaps you’ve felt “too much” or “not enough.” Therapy offers space to understand these patterns and gently shift them.

You don’t need fixing, you’re not broken. Therapy is about reconnecting with yourself with kindness and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences to better understand how they shape your present. Even the parts of yourself you hide from others are welcome here and will be met with empathy, not judgment.

I work integratively and relationally, drawing from approaches such as:

Attachment theory: how early bonds affect current relationships

Psychodynamic insight: exploring unconscious patterns and beliefs

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): enhancing emotional safety and connection

Internal Family Systems (IFS): understanding your inner parts with compassion

Somatic awareness: tuning into the body for healing and grounding

Together, we can build your emotional resilience, strengthen boundaries, and support you in creating more fulfilling relationships.

Areas I Work With:

Complex PTSD

Relationship issues & attachment wounds

Emotional, physical & sexual abuse

Depression, anxiety & panic

Addiction & compulsive behaviours

Grief, loss & bereavement

Cultural identity & intergenerational trauma

Low self-esteem, shame & self-harm

Eating disorders & body image concerns

Stress, burnout & life transitions

Practice description

Let’s get you from surviving to thriving.

You are unique, and your therapy should be too. I tailor our sessions to your individual needs, integrating psychological tools, philosophical perspectives, and therapeutic processes that are most relevant to you.

Together, we’ll work toward deeper understanding, self-led insight, and a more grounded, authentic way of being. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy reflects the complexities of modern life,  which is why I offer a flexible, integrative approach that meets you where you are, emotionally and practically.

This work is not just about coping, it’s about transformation. It’s about helping you feel more connected to yourself, more empowered in your relationships, and more alive in your life.

Starting therapy can feel daunting but if you’re here, a part of you is ready for change. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just bring your courage and truth. I’ll meet you there.
