About me and my therapy practice
I am a Level 5 qualified and dedicated counsellor who specialises in providing professional support to both adults and young people. I have worked with young people throughout my career and have developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals at different stages of their lives.
Approach:
I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, where they can freely express their concerns and feelings. Through my empathetic approach, I aim to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work with various therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to meet each individual's specific needs.
