Availability

I offer individual counselling sessions online using secure video platform. 

I currently have availability for bookings Monday to Thursday and offer sessions between 9am - 7pm.

I do not provide in-person sessions at present.  

About me and my therapy practice

I provide a therapeutic space to support you through the difficulties you may be facing. Central to my practice is to provide a non-judgmental and accepting space where you can gain deeper understanding of your experience, help uncover any unhelpful beliefs or patterns that may be keeping you stuck, release any difficult feelings and emotions, and move towards a greater sense of self-acceptance, authenticity, and autonomy over your life. 

I am a qualified and accredited Humanistic Counsellor (MBACP) with further training in Mindfulness based approaches. I have supported people through a range of difficulties including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, and supporting personal growth and self-discovery.

Practice description

Sessions are currently offered online via secure video platform.

In the initial session you may want to ask me any questions you might have about the counselling process. During this session I will usually ask you for some background information, details of what has brought you to counselling and what you would like to gain from our sessions. This is also a time where we can decide whether we are suited to working with one another and you can decide if you are comfortable to go ahead with further counselling sessions.

I provide you with a non-judgemental and accepting space to allow you to talk through your difficulties and be heard with empathy and understanding. I primarily use a non-directive approach, promoting agency over your own feelings and perceptions. If appropriate I will offer some coping strategies and grounding techniques to help you move through more difficult or distressing emotions.
