About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Integrativer Counselling from Iron Mill College. I work within the ethical framework of the BACP.
Taking the first step into counselling can be hard. I offer a safe environment where you can explore your issues in confidence. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I will work with you to discover the roots of your unhappiness or unease and help you to find solutions within yourself.
Practice description
I work face-to-face, online and via telephone.
My first session
During the first session, you will be asked to enter into a counselling contract outlining what you can expect from me and what I expect in return.
Successful counselling relies on trust developing between the counsellor and client, and that takes time. But a trial session can give you an opportunity to see how you feel we might work together.
