It's important to get the right support when life isn't going so well...
I qualified as a counsellor and psychotherapist in 2009. I enjoy working in an integrative and collaborative way which allows me to tailor my approach to my clients needs. I believe that the most healing factor in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to facilitate exploration and/or change. My sessions will help you to recognise your patterns, help you to heal from the past and empower you to create a happier and healthier self.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues (see below) and work with young people, adults and couples.
The couples therapy I provide helps to navigate the complexities of modern relationships. I aim to reduce conflict, regain a sense of connectedness and intimacy, and help couples communicate in more constructive ways.
