About me

I am an experienced integrative therapist and mindfulness teacher (this means I use various therapeutic approaches from humanistic and behavioural schools, and I'm also trained in mindfulness). I offer an initial free 30-minute Zoom consultation.
I can help you with anxiety, relationships, dating, addictive disorders, OCD, depression, separation and trauma. I use a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment, narrative therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy. I’m also well-grounded in psychodynamic approaches. I will choose the treatment best suited to your needs. I work best when we make a therapeutic, time-oriented plan. I love working with a brief therapy model. We can work on a specific problem or embark on a longer life-transforming journey. I love neuroscience developments, and I closely follow the work of Professor Dan Siegel's Neuroscience and Meditation Lab (Mindful Awareness Research Center UCLA). I see myself as a mindful therapist. I have meditated daily since 2006, and I apply mindfulness principles daily. I can truly testify that it has transformed my life and changed how my brain works.

I can help you address any issues as a professional and as a person with rich and varied life experience in a kind, warm, and non-judgmental space. I draw on my extensive life experience, which involved growing up in different countries, divorce, overcoming an addiction to anti-anxiety medications, and living in the USA as an adult. Often, seemingly minor changes can impact your entire life. While change may feel overwhelming or impossible, we will walk this path to a joyful life experience. Your therapy process does not have to last forever; results can come quicker than you think. I'm registered with BPS AND BACP.
