About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my profile. My name is Anna, bilingual therapist providing therapy services to English speakers in Brussels. I am a registered and MBACP (Accred) Relational Therapist and NLP Coach. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that supports your unique journey, integrating extensive training in Transactional Analysis (rooted in psychoanalysis), Gestalt, and Jungian approaches.
I work with a wide range of areas and specialize in working with complex relational dynamics, codependency, attachment issues, transgenerational patterns, overcoming narcissistic abuse, depression, interpersonal communication, low self-esteem and personal development. I focus on uncovering unconscious patterns that shape your life and self-perception, helping you build healthier relationships and a more authentic sense of self.
With a background in supporting high achievers, creatives, and those navigating life transitions, I’m experienced in addressing issues related to change, confidence, assertiveness, and communication. This includes addressing "imposter syndrome," boundary setting, perfectionism, burnout, creative blocks and menopause.
My professional experience includes working as a Relational Therapist with the NHS (East London NHS Foundation Trust), specifically with individuals who have experienced or been affected by domestic or emotional abuse; Bereavement Counsellor at Royal Trinity Hospice, and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Polish Association of Psychologists. I have also served as a coach and trainer in various Women’s Development Programs. As a member of the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum, I support women health and significant life transitions, including menopause, while taking a holistic approach that considers your overall well-being.
Practice description
How I Can Help:
Using Transactional Analysis (TA), I help clients gain insight into communication styles and relational dynamics. TA is a powerful tool for breaking free from deeply ingrained life scripts—unconscious patterns formed early in life that dictate how you think, feel, and behave. By bringing these scripts into awareness, TA empowers you to challenge self-defeating narratives and reclaim your autonomy, creating healthier interactions and helping you rewrite your personal story.
Incorporating Gestalt Therapy, I guide clients to reconnect with emotions and experiences in the “here and now.” Integrating these approaches with Jungian depth work, we explore the symbols and stories that shape your identity, unlocking deeper self-awareness and enabling lasting transformation.
I use creative and experiential techniques to help you explore the unconscious, which may include movement, image, drawing, acting, or talking methods. These methods focus on exploring events, feelings, thinking patterns, or behaviors and are always tailored to your unique needs and what you feel comfortable with.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is not only skilled but deeply aligned with social justice values and committed to helping you navigate complex emotional landscapes, let’s connect and discuss how we can work together.

Practice description
Much of the orientation and inspiration for my practice has come from Transactional Analysis, Gestalt perspectives, and methodologies, as well as Eastern thought. I am deeply influenced by the work of Carl Gustav Jung.
Through my own therapeutic journey, I’ve carefully selected the tools that can best assist you in your healing process and help identify patterns that no longer serve you. These tools are brought into the therapy room to support your growth.
Using Transactional Analysis (TA), we will explore your communication styles and relational dynamics, helping you break free from ingrained life scripts that have shaped your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
By integrating Gestalt Therapy, NLP, and Jungian depth work, you’ll reconnect with your emotions, integrate the shadow aspects of yourself, and uncover the symbols that shape your identity. NLP can help reframe limiting beliefs and patterns, allowing for more empowering thoughts and behaviors.
I incorporate creative and experiential techniques with an emphasis on empathy, understanding, and unconditional acceptance. My focus is on embodiment, relational therapy, and diversity, creating a space that honors your full experience.
Within you lies the strength to rise, reclaim your narrative, and embrace every part of your journey—both the struggles and the triumphs. If you’re feeling lost, unheard, or at a crossroads, know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we can weave a path toward healing and empowerment, allowing you to thrive and fully belong in your story.
