About me and my therapy practice
There may be a host of reasons why you are considering counselling at the moment. Perhaps you are feeling anxious, depressed or having difficulty processing past experiences? Maybe you have realised that you keep repeating the same self-defeating patterns and getting the same negative outcomes? Or perhaps you want to build your self-confidence and find the power to change and be the person you want to be...? Life can can feel overwhelming and challenging but you have the ability to make profound and lasting changes, and I would love to help you.
Practice description
I offer warmth and empathy to help you gain a deeper insight into both past and present experiences, to help empower you to make informed choices that lead to meaningful changes. I do not ascribe to a 'one size fits all' ideal, preferring to offer a flexible counselling approach, ensuring a positive, compassionate, non-judgemental experience.
I offer face to face sessions in Enfield EN2.
I also offer online sessions.
My first session
Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, but it is important to find a therapist who feels right for you. Please feel free to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to give you the opportunity to ask any questions, and so we can briefly explore what you would like to achieve from counselling.
