About me and my therapy practice
I am a licensed and experienced Therapist, who has worked primarily with people aged 16-30 at several universities, charities and in private practice. I offer online sessions on Wednesdays.
I offer a calm, comfortable and safe space to explore any issues or thoughts you find coming up for you in life. I was trained in the Person Centred and Psychodynamic approaches, which means that I am able to helpfully explore your past with you, while also working on how you are feeling in the present.
Practice description
Therapy can be useful at many different moments in a person’s life, for many different reasons. You might be going through a significant life change which is challenging you, you might be feeling uneasy or uncomfortable in your current place in life, you might still be struggling or reflecting on something that happened to you previously. No matter the reason, it can often be the case that talking things out with a therapist with no personal agenda or other knowledge of your life can be immensely helpful. This is safe, secure place to build communication, build understanding, and to build trust. In our work I believe that you are the expert in your own life, but it can help to have someone explore with you to open new doorways. We will go on this journey together. What I can help with
