About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions? Are you going through a major life transition? Are you struggling in your relationships? Are you looking to improve your self-esteem or develop your coping skills? Have you experienced trauma, addiction, grief, or loss?
I can help.
I help people to manage relationships, process the abuse they've suffered in the past, grapple with existential issues about the future, manage anger, process grief, understand their sexuality, their emotions, deal with depression as well as tackle their anxiety.
Searching for a therapist is difficult. How can you differentiate between one therapist and another? This is a question I’m asked regularly, and I feel that the best approach is to find a therapist that you click with. Someone that you can talk to openly, honestly, and that you feel that you have a connection.
I offer a free 20-minute appointment, this is an opportunity for you to decide if you feel that you can work with me. After that, we find a time that works for you every week.
Practice description
I see counselling as a place where you can learn more about yourself, understand where you've come from, how that has affected you and have the support of someone that is purely on your side. I don't have an agenda or vested interest in what you do, I just want you to be able to find out what you need. Through this process, people often change and change their lives.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute session so that you can find out a little bit more about me and work out if you feel that you can work with me.
