About me and my therapy practice

I am a therapist specialising in working with clients around trauma and GSRD (gender, sexual and relationship diversity).

I offer you a warm, non-judgemental and empowering space to explore whatever difficulties you are facing. Everyone is welcome.

I am especially experienced in working with trauma related to sexual and physical violence and abuse, having worked in this area for ten years. While I am qualified in person-centred counselling, I work integratively and can offer psychoeducation around trauma and coping skills to manage its impact.

Supporting, celebrating and understanding the intricacies of GSRD is incredibly important to me. Therefore, I have completed extra training to better work with and support GSRD both within the therapy space and outside it. I am a firm ally of the trans community.

I am currently completing training around working with Compulsive Sexual Behaviours (what some may refer to as 'sex/porn addiction') and can offer sessions at a reduced fee to clients wishing to explore this while I am training.

I am a kink-affirming therapist, meaning that I have a deep understanding and non-judgemental stance on sexual practices including BDSM, Kink and Fetish. I have completed psychosexual-informed therapy training and I am working towards my full psychosexual therapy qualification. I am a student member of COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists).

I only work with people aged 18+.
