About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist, adapting to your individuality by blending multiple methods and theories including (but not limited to) person-centred therapy, attachment theory, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and compassion-focused therapy.
Prior to my counselling and psychotherapy training, my background was in psychology.
Sessions will provide a collaborative, non-judgmental, empathetic and confidential space that can be used to explore more of yourself and share any difficulties you are experiencing.
