About me and my therapy practice
Since 2005 I have supported parents throughout their journey. Following my own experiences of perinatal mental illness I set up Snowdrop Doula in 2011, receiving various bits of funding to support parents. We are now award winning with a wealth of evidence showing improved health and wellbeing.
I have a BA(hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Postgraduate certificate (level 7) in perinatal mental health and I am part way through a ProfDoc in psychotherapy.
I work in an holistic and integrative way to support you, the best way possible, no one size fits all. I support all parents, no matter how old your child now is (some 30+).
Practice description
I can offer sessions over the phone, via video call and in person. Usually one, one hour session per week, open ended.
Remote sessions I can do across the UK. I work from hubs in Accrington, Burnley, Clitheroe and can work in Blackburn.
Costs vary depending on your financial situation and our funding.

First session lasts around 30 minutes. This is chance to have a chat and see whether I can offer the right support for you.
