About me and my therapy practice
We all go through life in a unique way and therefore, have varying experiences. Some of these experiences can impact us more deeply than others. I believe that exploring our more troubling or painful experiences can help us to understand ourselves at a deeper level.
I am a BACP registered therapist working in central London. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever you choose to bring to therapy. During our sessions, I will empower you to gain a greater understanding of your thinking patterns, emotions and behaviours and help you to learn how to not let them overwhelm you.
Practice description
Have you identified patterns of behaviour or addictions that are causing problems in your life for yourself and others. Or maybe you are experiencing thoughts and emotions that you find difficult to manage. Perhaps: anxiety, fear, overthinking, catastrophising, self-loathing, low self-esteem, anger, sadness, loneliness, abandonment, or rejection. Do you feel lost, confused, or unsure of your identity. Are you experiencing racial or cultural issues, or do you need support as you navigate a difficult period in your life due to loss or change. Perhaps you are going through a relationship break-up, for instance.
As an integrative therapist, I combine different therapeutic approaches in my practice, which enables me to tailor my approach to meet your needs.
I believe that the core of successful therapy is about building and maintaining a trusting therapeutic relationship, which is a collaborative effort and requires a commitment to work together. If we both decide that we can work together, I will be committed to supporting you throughout your time in therapy, with your well-being always being my priority.

Entering into therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it is your first time, which is why I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation that you can use to ask me any questions you may have about therapy, or to discuss what it is you hope to achieve from our sessions together. Please feel free to call or email me to arrange a consultation.
